An English-speaking group class.

Develop your wheel-throwing skills in a supportive small-group environment. Over 10 weekly sessions, you'll build confidence through guided projects, demonstrations, and plenty of hands-on practice.

Whether you're continuing after a beginner course or already have some experience on the wheel, this class is designed to help you refine your technique while developing your own creative style.

When: Tuesdays, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Where: 9 Rue de Languedoc, Carmes, Toulouse
Course dates: 15 September – 1 December 2026 (10 sessions)

Each 2-hour session includes up to 1.2 kg of stoneware clay, a selection of studio glazes and underglazes, all firings, and shared studio tools. By the end of the course, you'll have a collection of functional and decorative ceramic pieces to take home.

School Holiday Break – No Class

Session 6 – Tuesday 3 November – Off the Hump
Session 7 – Tuesday 10 November – 500 g Challenge
Session 8 – Tuesday 17 November – Closing Forms
Session 9 – Tuesday 24 November – Creating Matching Sets
Session 10 – Tuesday 1 December – Glazing and decorating all finished pieces.

End of Term Exhibition

Students are warmly invited to take part in our optional End of Term Exhibition, where we'll showcase the wonderful work created throughout the course. Family and friends are welcome to come along and celebrate everyone's achievements.

The exhibition date and time will be confirmed closer to the event.

Suitable for: Students with basic wheel-throwing experience and returning potters looking to develop their skills in a supportive group environment.
