Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We apply the following conditions for refunds and rescheduling:

• Refund: Refunds are only possible if requested at least 1 month before the booking date. To request a refund, please contact us at ceramiques.toulousaines@gmail.com.

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your booking. To reschedule, use the "Reschedule" button in your booking confirmation email and follow the steps.
